SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped from our facilities Monday to Friday (business days) during store hours. If your order is placed on the weekend, it will be shipped on the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All our orders are shipped after payment confirmation. Depending on the location, orders may take:
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 24 - 72 hours for standard orders; orders with express shipping service arrive in 24 hours
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 10 - 15 days (provided there are no customs issues)
- European Union: 7 - 15 days
- International shipments: 15 - 20 days
How do I know if my order is free of charge?
All our orders to the Peninsula are free of charge for purchases over €30.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands are shipped with GLS, while the rest of the shipments are made via Correos.
What should I do if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive within the indicated time, please write to us at a [email protected],, or contact us via WhatsApp at +34 722 658 373. We will be happy to assist you.
Can my order be gift-wrapped?
Before completing your purchase, you will have the option to "add gift box." This service is available only for cufflinks purchases.
RETURNS
How do I return an item?
To return an item, contact us through any of our channels providing your full name and order number. Our customer service center will verify your purchase and will be ready to receive your return. Next, send your product via mail to the following address: OTIEF, Calle de la Paloma 35, LOCAL, 28981 PARLA / MADRID, indicating your order number and name on the package (so we can verify it in our system). Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the amount of the returned product using the same payment method used for the purchase.
What is the deadline to make a return?
The maximum period to make a return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, we will not be able to accept your return.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Currently, Gemelolandia is not responsible for return shipping costs. You can return the item via Correos or another shipping company, and you will bear the return costs.
The shipment will be your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
