Once I have purchased my products, how do I know my order has been processed correctly?

Once you have entered your shipping information and accepted one of the payment methods (VISA, PAYPAL, or BANK ACCOUNT), a unique order number will appear on the screen: #100000007. This number can be used to track your shipment. Additionally, an email will be sent to the address you provided containing your order details and contact information.


Do I need to register to make a purchase?

Not at all. Registration is not required to make purchases on gemelolandia.


What are the benefits of registering?

You won’t need to enter your information again to make purchases, as the system will recognize your details when you log in. Additionally, you will benefit from future promotions, affiliate programs, gifts, and more.

Payment methods?

There are several payment methods available:

  • PAYPAL: You can use a PAYPAL account to make payments, or use their payment gateway as a guest. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one here: www.paypal.com.

  • CARD: Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard) or debit cards (4B or 4B Maestro).


How long will it take to receive my order?

The usual delivery time for national shipments is 24-48 business hours with express service or 4-5 days with standard service in Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla 72-120h (provided there are no customs delays), and 15 days for the Canary Islands, counted from the date of payment. For international shipments, delivery takes 7-10 days in Europe and 15-45 days for the rest of the world, counted from the payment date.
